The IREB CPRE Advanced Level — Requirements Management module builds on Foundation Level knowledge to teach the structuring, prioritization, versioning, traceability and governance of requirements throughout their lifecycle.
Course Overview
Capturing a requirement is the easy part. Keeping it correctly attributed, prioritized, versioned, traceable and reportable as a project runs for months and stakeholders change their minds is where most requirements practice actually breaks down. This course is about making that manageable, deliberately, rather than by accident.
