Surendra hold an MBA degree from FMS Delhi University and Masters in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee. He bring over 40 years of experience in handling variety of assignments from software architecture design to large-scale deployment and support of large telecom systems, setting up delivery excellence centers, developing and running $30 Million software business with global workforce. While working as a COO and C-level executive, and later as a consultant, he successfully led several large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. His paper “Leading Digital Transformation” won the best paper award at Convergence 2016 – An International Conference. Surendra has been an active volunteer with IIBA and IREB have contributed in the development of the new skill-based certification schemes – CBAP, CCBA and ECBA based on BABOK v3 and AI for RE at IREB.
