Surendra holds an MBA degree from FMS Delhi University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from IIT Roorkee. He brings over 40 years of experience in handling variety of assignments from software architecture design to large-scale deployment and support of large telecom systems, setting up delivery excellence centers, developing and running $30 Million software business with global workforce. While working as a COO and C-level executive, and later as a consultant, he successfully led several large-scale organizational transformation initiatives. His paper “Leading Digital Transformation” won the best paper award at Convergence 2016 – An International Conference. Surendra has been an active volunteer with IIBA and IREB have contributed in the development of the new skill-based certification schemes – CBAP, CCBA and ECBA based on BABOK v3 and AI for RE at IREB.
