This course teaches you to bring real RE discipline (clarity, traceability, verifiability) into backlogs, user stories, and sprint-based delivery, without reintroducing the overhead agile teams push back against.

How You'll Use This At Work
Apply a cooperative, iterative and incremental approach to RE instead of treating agile and RE as opposites. Run a clean project start and keep vision, scope and stakeholders aligned as they evolve. Structure epics, features and stories using the user story template and INVEST criteria. Attach quality requirements to the backlog and make constraints explicit for the whole team. Determine business value, order the backlog, and produce reliable mid-term forecasts. Structure requirements and teams, build roadmaps, and validate the product at scale.
